Nice shots! Graflex, or the Speed?
Robb
Posted 19 Feb 2012 at 9:55 am ¶Thanks Robb. I actually used a few different models: 95% of the ski-action was shot on a Pacemaker Speed Graphic (1955-’74 version) w/135mm f/4.7 Graflex Optar lens. The remaining ski images (the tilt-shifted long shots) were done on a pre-1955 Pacemaker Speed w/7″ f/2.9 Aero Ektar lens. I used a Graflex Super D w/190mm f/5.6 Kodak Ektar auto-diaphragm lens for the ‘Shred-It’ shots, while the downtown bicycling image was shot on a Linhof Master Technika w/150mm f/2.5 Xenotar…and a tripod
I also depended on 18 Grafmatic film holders for faster shooting, and which created the frame-counter silhouettes on the film edges…
